Complete Home Inspection looks at the roof, attic, inside and outside walls, structure, basement/foundation, electrical and plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems to determine if everything is functioning as intended at the time of the home inspection
Complete Home Inspection uses a continuous radon monitor that takes samples over a period of two full days. Those results are then averaged into an overall number for your final report.
One is a "swab" test ($100) where we swab visible signs of mold and send the swab to the lab, while the other is an air-quality test. Results are available usually within two days.
Complete Home Inspection can schedule a separate, licensed termite inspection to be done at the same time as our home inspection, saving you time.
Larger homes with multiple heating and cooling systems may be more - Condos may be less
Travel fees may also apply to out-of-area homes

Whole house home inspections - starting at $275
Radon tests - $100
Mold tests start at $100 and $250
Termite inspections - $75
