Following her client's Complete Home Inspection, a real estate agent wrote, "Thanks again for a good inspection. It's most important that the clients feel educated and comfortable with the home and all that comes with it. Thanks for providing that for this family!" This was the first time I had met or worked with this particular agent and it's great to hear that she felt I took good care of her clients in the inspection. And, another client responded to her written report with, "Thank you for the thorough home inspection. I appreciate you allowing me to tag along and answering so many questions with much knowledge and expertise." That's why I encourage you to attend your Complete Home Inspection, if possible. Ask your questions, learn about your soon-to-be- new home, and find out how things work.

My client said that her good friend referred me for the inspection because I had previously done a Complete Home Inspection on the friend's house. She said her friend spoke highly of me. Then, during the inspection, she said "I can see why Sarah was so impressed with you." and " I really appreciate you explaining everything to me and answering all of my dumb questions". Her real estate agent, who I was meeting for the first time, said, " Most inspectors just do their thing and then talk to the buyer and agent at the end. I really like how you are showing all of us everything as you go." Another client stood in the driveway and said, "You know so much about everything. And you know the history of things, too. It's like you say, 'Well, in the Fifties, this was okay to do. But after 1984...' And you know what is and isn't done anymore."
