My client responded to her written Complete Home Inspection report with, "Thank you so much for the inspection report. This is our first experience with home buying and we appreciated your educational approach! You really made us comfortable during the learning process." That's what's so fun about having clients with me during their Kansas City home inspection, even in this time of social distancing. As long as we do it safely, you can learn so much about the features of the house, such as how to change filters, how to shut off the water supply, and more. Thank you for your comment.

Gave me the truth about my future home with what to expect/give attention to- and afterward reinforced my decision to become a homeowner with an endorsement of the house (haha).
