Description Of Work: Inspection and radon testing on a home to be purchased.

Member Comments: We arrived several minutes after the agreed upon time. Miki had arrived early, and our first impression was wholly positive. She was professional, prepared and immediately personable. We went into the house where she explained her process and encouraged us to ask questions. We then got to work. Her inspection was methodical but very efficient. She noted many important issues that would have escaped most notice (uneven tiles in the master bath and improper corrugated pipes on the sink drains are just a few). She is an excellent communicator. Every one of our questions was answered completely and concisely. Miki had already completed the exterior inspection of the home before we arrived. This was completely acceptable to us, because she incorporated her explanations of the noteworthy exterior deficiencies into the interior walk through. For example, she brought up the erosion and drainage issues around the attached shed while inspecting the nearby patio doors. And while inspecting the fireplace, she brought up the fact that some of the exterior bricks on the chimney were exhibiting spalling. Fortunately for us, there were no other exterior issues. (Kinda explains why we liked the house so much, it being in great shape and all.) We left the inspection feeling extremely confident that we had a thorough understanding of the house. We would recommend Complete Home Inspection to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Kansas City metro area. Miki is fantastic.
