Description Of Work: Complete home inspection. 3,000 sq ft home, built in 1937. Miki arrived on time. She was friendly and very professional. She walked through and around the entire house, documenting all areas, whether they were in need of attention or not. She explained what needed to be addressed, and how to go about repairing many of the problems. She emphasized that this wasn't a pass/fail test, but more of complete summary of the conditions of all aspects of the home, as well as educating me about what certain things were, and when they needed to be serviced/maintained. She checked every single electrical outlet in home, every light switch, every (faucet), sink, bath. She removed the electrical panel cover, to inspect all breakers/switches. She crawled into all attics, and the cold room. The stone foundation was inspected all around the inside of the basement, and the exterior of home. All windows and doors were opened, shut, and inspected for any damage. The driveway and roof were also inspected. Miki took photos of all of the things mentioned. She then provided a detailed, photo-filled report with a report of every part of the home. The report was 42 pages long, and I received it a day or two following the inspection.
