Member Comments: My wife and I are first time home buyers. As a first home, we chose a 3,000 square ft mansion built in 1937. We had many concerns about the stone foundation and the structure of the home. We found Miki on Angie's List. Before we hired Miki, I e-mailed her about the house, and the concerns I had. I also gave some back story about the house, to see if she was up for the challenge. She promptly e-mailed me back, letting me know that she teaches classes about foundations, which gave me a lot of confidence in hiring Miki. She arrived early, and very well equipped. She performed all the work described above. I learned more about the house in the few hours I spent with Miki, than I have before or since. She is a great teacher and a great communicator. Her knowledge was exceptional. I was so impressed with the home inspection report that I e-mailed it to a couple of family members. My sister is a real estate agent and said it was one of the most detailed and thorough reports she'd ever seen. We have used the report numerous times since the inspection on every project. The many photos included in the report are great references to what was being described. I really felt like I underpaid for the services I received. I'd strongly recommend using Complete Home Inspections to anyone.
