My client described himself as being "very picky", calling several times BEFORE hiring me to ask questions about my credentials and about situations we might encounter during his inspection. He also thoroughly researched me and my web site, watching my videos, reading customer comments, and the like. He finally decided that I was "good enough" to hire. His Complete Home Inspection went well, he asked many questions, and we enjoyed our time together. After he received his E-mailed report, he replied, "Thanks for providing the report so quickly and for providing such a complete review of the home!" From him, that was high praise, indeed.

My clients were a married couple. The husband was unable to attend the inspection, but the wife followed me around during her Complete Home Inspection. At one point, she said, "You explained that very well. Thank you for explaining this technical stuff in a way I can understand. I feel so empowered now." That was very touching to hear.
