My clients decided not to buy a house based on the results of their Complete Home Inspection. When they, later, found another house that they liked even more, they had me inspect it, as well. After they received their E-mailed report on the second house, they wrote,"You have been amazing and we could not be happier with your service, knowledge, and professionalism. Have a wonderful weekend."

And another client, referred by one of her co-workers, said that she was extremely pleased and impressed by both me and my work. And she responded to the E-mail containing her written report with, "I'll definitely be passing your name to anyone who needs an inspection."

Following her Complete Home Inspection of the house she was buying, my client said that she had brought her dad along to translate the technical stuff for her but that she had understood everything I explained because I used normal-people language instead of "inspector-speak". She was impressed with my "vast knowledge". And, as a medical professional, she appreciated that I communicated information and concepts in a way that meant something to her. She said that her profession is the same - she can use a lot of medical terms and phrases, but it confuses and alienates her patients. Then, when she received her written inspection report by E-mail, she responded with, “Thank you so much for your thorough and informative report. It was nice meeting you!”
